Hello, my name is Phillippa Fern Kenyon Shutes and I am a private chef from the UK. 

 

Born in London, raised in New Zealand and Indonesia.. I attended Drama and Theatre school in Birmingham, before completing a master's degree in actor training in London. 

 

Turning to food, I found myself in the best little prep kitchen in London's Camden Market working busy and long hours. In 2013 I opened my own street food and catering business and loved being my own boss. I became a private chef in 2016, cooking for so many fantastic people in some of the worlds most beautiful places.

I draw inspiration from what is local, fresh, healthy and nourishing.

 

In 2018 I attended Matthew Kenny's culinary academy in New York City, and totally retrained in plant based cuisine.​
